I Love Vail!

I returned from my annual girl's ski trip to Vail last week. We all had a great time - even considering that I had altitude sickness one day. The last day of the trip was the best - perfect conditions for skiing and a bright sunny sky.

Lauren's Birthday Party

Lauren has such a nice group of friends! They graciously included me in their dinner plans for her birthday. We ate at Grazis in Scottsdale. Here is the group, photo two is of me with Kevin, who is also a good friend of Lauren's cousin Nick (and brother to Amber at work's boyfriend - such a small world), Lauren with her good friend Ryan Swan and Mom and daughter. It was a nice evening.

Chihuly Exhibit

My friend Dottie and I went to the Desert Botanical Gardens and took pictures of the Chihuly Glass art exhibit there. It was packed with people and lots of photographers trying to get photos without people in them. I put some more pictures on my 52 Things Blog if you want to see more glass photos. We went down to Tempe and ate dinner afterwards. When I got home, Lauren was back from her Panama Canal cruise. She said she had a great time. I will post a few of her pictures when she gets them to me.
