Made my Corned Beef and Cabbage with potatoes and apple cake. Guess I will bring it into work with me tomorrow, as no one is here to eat it! Missing Lauren on her ship and Jack is at the lake today during his Spring Break.

I made the same, minus the apple cake. I ate too much of the Irish stuff myself. Forgot to bring down my recipe for Irish Soda Bread but am stuffed anyway. Sorry you were not with your kids but the picture posted of the wiener dog is darling.
